The NAB Gala Dinner was held at the Hilton Sydney on the conclusion of Day One on Wednesday 27 July 2016.
Sponsored by NAB, the Gala Dinner provided an opportunity to relax and enjoy a night of networking, entertainment, drinks and a three-course meal at the conclusion of the Day One conference. The Clean Energy Council Industry Awards were also presented on the night.
Check out the image gallery below for some highlights from the night, including MC Annabel Crabb, keynote speaker Federal Energy and Environment Minister Josh Frydenberg, and the winners of the Clean Energy Council Awards.
Gala Dinner host
We are very excited that Annabel Crabb will be the host for the Gala Dinner.
Annabel is a renowned journalist, political correspondent, sketchwriter and author. She won a Walkley Award in 2009 for her Quarterly Essay 'Stop At Nothing: The Life And Adventures of Malcolm Turnbull', and has published two political books, 'Losing It' and 'Rise Of The Ruddbot'.
As host of the ABC's enormously popular series Kitchen Cabinet, Annabel has broken bread with Australia's most influential political leaders and shared her magnificent desserts in kitchens around the country which has led to the release of her new book co-written with Wendy Sharpe “Special Delivery - Favourite Food to Make and Take”.
Don't miss the opportunity to hear from Environment and Energy Minister Josh Frydenberg, who will be the keynote speaker at the Gala Dinner.
The dinner will take place several weeks after the Federal Election at the dawn of a new political term, providing a great platform to discuss the future of the political landscape for the sector.
The Clean Energy Council Awards
